Dear CPG Members,

I am pleased to share exciting updates from our team, along with great additions to our vendor network, in this month’s newsletter.

Team Updates

I am excited to share some changes and growth within the CPG team this month.

While it is bittersweet to see our team member Shauna Gear leave us for new adventures, we are excited to share that Lia McKenna has transitioned from Business Development Associate to Member Resource Consultant. In this new capacity, Lia will serve as a primary point of contact for members in the southeastern and western regions of the country, as well as for a number of our Massachusetts-based members. Please join me in congratulating Lia on this exciting next step! We have already begun recruiting to replace Lia in the Business Development Associate role.

I am also thrilled to welcome Danna Guerrero Badillo to the CPG team, joining us in September as our new Administrative Operations Coordinator. Danna brings valuable experience to this newly created role, and I look forward to introducing her more fully in next month’s newsletter. Stay tuned!

New Vendors Join the CPG Network

I am pleased to announce that several new vendors have joined the CPG Network over the summer, including small and diverse businesses that expand the range of quality, cost-effective solutions available to our members.

These additions reflect our ongoing commitment to building a vendor network that delivers savings and value while reflecting the diverse communities our members serve. I encourage you to explore the new vendor profiles and offerings featured throughout this newsletter — there may be new opportunities to support your organization’s purchasing needs while advancing your own supplier diversity goals.

Member Portal Launches First Week of September

I am also excited to share that our Member Portal officially launches the first week of September!

This tool has come a long way since its earliest stages, and that’s largely thanks to you. We listened to our members, and your feedback helped shape and enhance the portal into the advanced member engagement tool it is today. What began as a simple concept has evolved into a resource I believe will make it easier than ever to connect with CPG, use more contracts, and get the most out of your membership.

Thank you to everyone who shared their input along the way — this launch is as much yours as it is ours. More details on how to access the portal and get started will be coming your way soon.

As always, thank you for your continued partnership with CPG.
