How to Become a Vendor

CommonWealth Purchasing Group, LLC was started to provide discounted group purchasing pricing and high levels of vendor services to its members. CPG contracts with selected vendors for discounted pricing and service requirements on supplies, equipment, and services essential to the successful operation of community health centers and other non-profits and then offers the vendor contracts to its membership.

CPG is always looking to add new vendors to support members’ needs and to provide close to one-stop shopping for all purchasing. With about 50 vendors under contract, vendor selection, contracting, relationship monitoring and management is a significant responsibility of CPG.

If you are an organization interested in working with CPG as a contracted vendor we welcome your proposal. CPG is dedicated to completing a thorough review and interview process to ensure prospective contracted vendors offer members the highest level of customer service at significantly discounted group contract prices. CPG looks for vendors to inquire formally in written proposal form that includes:
  • Organization background
  • Full offering of products and services
  • Current group purchasing organization contractual relationships
  • References of community health centers or similar non-profit clinics that are current customers/clients.
  • Indication of being a federally-certified minority and woman-owned business
