How to Join?


To join you may download a copy of the CommonWealth Purchasing Group Participation Agreement, complete the document and have it signed by an authorized official and email or mail it to Phil DuBois at the email address or physical address below. You can call and arrange an on-site meeting with a CPG representative.

CommonWealth Purchasing Group is a membership for Community Health Centers, Free Clinics, Non-Profit State and National Organizations, and other not-for-profit organizations. CommonWealth Purchasing Group reviews all incoming signed participation agreements to ensure prospective members meet intended eligibility requirements.


There is no cost to join CommonWealth Purchasing Group. The program is entirely supported by the administrative fees paid by participating vendors. These fees are usually a percentage of CPG members’ purchasing and are clearly displayed in the attachment to the Participation Agreement. Our members never write a check to CPG.

Membership in CommonWealth Purchasing Group is open to all community health centers and other community-based, not-for-profit health and human services organizations. There is no cost to join and you never write a check to CPG. The program is entirely supported by administrative fees paid by the vendors on members’ purchasing. 

The CPG Participation Agreement is a simple, two-page document (plus a signature page and two attachments listing our vendors and the administrative fees) that describes the roles and responsibilities of CPG, our members, and our vendors. There is no required participation or minimum purchasing requirements for CPG members; our members use only the vendor contracts that meet their needs and are free to purchase outside any contract at their exclusive option. Members are free to drop or switch vendors at any time.
